On the account of the representations submitted followed by the issued circular dated August 17, 2020, by MCA, all the Registrar of Companies have issued Orders dated 8th September 2020 allowing the extension of time for holding AGM for the financial year ended on March 31st 2020, without required the Companies to file an application for seeking such an extension by filing prescribed forms. This is for the first time that such relief generally is given to all companies.
